Co-founder and Active CEO

Bryson Quiroz is a scholar, author, and social entrepreneur bridging historical preservation with sustainable engineering. As a student at Hunter College High School in NYC, Bryson founded The Lumora Project, a non-profit dedicated to deploying decentralized, climate-resilient solar infrastructure across the Philippines. By combining traditional Bahay Kubo architectural prototyping with modern renewable energy solutions, he works to advance climate justice and environmental sovereignty.

An activist storyteller, Bryson directed a mini-documentary on his family’s roots in Baguio and co-authored the Gold House-awarded book *Asian Americans Who Inspire Us*. He is also a nationally competitive dual-athlete, ranking in the top tier of US chess players and pitching for the Gothams elite travel baseball team. Locally, he channels his passion for community by mentoring underserved youth through Chess in the Schools.

Board Secretary

Rob Quiroz is an accomplished aerospace and systems engineer with 22 years of deep technical expertise across systems engineering, structural analysis, and advanced testing. Known for his cross-disciplinary problem-solving, Rob specializes in guiding complex, high-stakes hardware projects from technical requirements development and qualification through to successful operational certification.

Rob currently serves as a Senior System I&T Engineer at Amazon Leo, where he operates as the Mechanical Integration Lead and TVAC Test Director for TSAT-1. His extensive career in aerospace engineering includes serving as a Principal Systems Engineer at Raytheon, Senior Structural Engineer at Vector Launch Inc., and Senior Test Engineer at Virgin Orbit—where he successfully built up a full structural test site for major components of a 72" diameter rocket. He also spent over seven years as a Structural Analyst at The Boeing Company, mastering industry-standard classical analysis and finite element modeling (FEM) for metallic and composite structures. Rob holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), bringing elite, rigorous hardware engineering and structural testing insights to Lumora's decentralized infrastructure initiatives.

Derick dela Cruz is a transformative, visionary engineering leader with over 30 years of extensive global experience spanning engineering, risk management, and international volunteer work. Driven by a core vision of engineering a resilient future for everyone, Derick specializes in climate adaptation, disaster and emergency management, and risk-informed decision-making.

Derick spent nearly 19 years at Southern California Edison (SCE), where he served as the Senior Engineering Manager for System Resiliency and Compliance—managing a capital budget exceeding $100 million—as well as the Lead Dam Safety Engineer overseeing programs for 84 dams. Bringing a strong connection to sustainable development in the Philippines, he has also served as a specialized consultant to the Philippine Government’s Department of Science and Technology (DOST). His deep technical expertise in infrastructure resiliency helps guide Lumora’s sustainable engineering initiatives.

Board Chair, President and Co-founder

Analiza Wolf an experienced executive coach, strategic HR consultant, and corporate board director dedicated to guiding organizations through transformative growth. Inspired by her father’s journey from poverty in the Philippines, Analiza is deeply committed to empowering individuals, diversifying leadership, and driving organizational impact.

With over 25 years of leadership experience across the tech, financial, consumer, and defense sectors, Analiza has served as the CEO of a $30M nonprofit, CHRO of the East Harlem Tutorial Program, and a Senior Director at Achievement First. A former Fulbright Scholar and strategic advisor to the 13th Air Force General, she also teaches HR and Talent as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Wagner. Analiza is a Pahara Fellow, an Aspen Global Leadership Network member, and holds degrees from Stanford, Northwestern (MBA), and Yale. She is the author of The Myths of Success: A Woman of Color’s Guide to Leadership and hosts the Women of Color Rise podcast.
